Brina Signature wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the sensitivity of the nature of our products, there are no returns or exchanges for any purchased items. Therefore, we encourage you to double check the details before the decision to purchase is made. All sales are final and we have no return, no refund policy.  

However, if there are any discrepancies between your order and the products delivered to you, these changes will be provided at no charge and you may return it within 7 days of the date it was received. Any items returned after 7 days from the date it was received will be returned back at the buyer’s expense. Store credit codes are issued for the amount spent on your item(s) and in order to complete it, we require you to send us a picture showing the reason why you would like to return the item and a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a store credit code.   

Please keep in mind store credit codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes. Store credit codes are good for one year and do not cover shipping costs. Once your return parcel is received, please allow 5 working days processing time for our team to send your store credit code via email. Your return must be unused and in all original packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise that appears opened, used, worn or dirty. Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track. We do not take responsibility for packages we did not ship. 

Once an order is placed we are not able to edit the order nor change the shipping address. Please verify that your information is correct before completing the order.
